Hello everyone,

Once again, my sincerest apologies for the delays.  I have finally
managed to get it out of my finance department that pending payments
as tracked on the wiki were pretty much dropped on the floor.  They
have committed to getting them out by the end of this week.

If you check your bank account on Monday, 12 February and you still
don't have your funds, let us know.  Tiffany and I will be planning a
covert strike (read: showing up and yelling a lot) in case it's
needed.
