  Not sure if its too late for this reply. &lt;br&gt; I had the same problem, and the fix was as simple as this: &lt;br&gt; 1. Go to Outlook Menubar -&amp;gt; CRM -&amp;gt; Options. &lt;br&gt; 2. On the &#39;Set Personal Options&#39; dialog, go to the Synchronization tab. &lt;br&gt; 3. Check the &#39;Appointments I&#39;m attending&#39; checkbox and click OK. &lt;br&gt; The CRM toolbar will be available in Appointments from now on :)
